be locked away for good. He ruined my life. Thank God I am a stong woman and

I can tell you as of today 8/27/11 bernie is in the brevard county jail he has court date of 8/30 i only this because years of being victimized by him and carrying too many scares of his mental abuse i try often to keep many steps ahead of him in fear not for myself but for my twins,, yes i am the one w/. the twins and just like you was victimized by him both physically and mentally i think if we got together we could write a book about this Jagoff that no one would believe,, i knew who you were almost 17 yrs ago when maryanne told me about you and i tried to get a message to you to warn you about him but believe me i know how he sucks you in and then victimizes you,, i dont hold any grudges against you,, im sorry i couldnt get to you before you got hurt too , my only fear now is for my children that at 17 they nevr try to pusue him they know the stories because as they get older thet need to know the truth your blog now has confirmed everything i told them about bernie and i pray they never have a chance to see him as hopefully karma will have him rott in the jail cell of his own hell he created,, i do know for fact he is married again to a costa rican pron star they have a little girl and his dad is running around w/ them and bought into his lies, like you my life has changed for the Better i am married to a Wonderful Man who is a Wonderful father to my children,, funny how that 6 degrees of sepparation works take care and look into the info,,like yrs ago i only want to help i have to NO MORE VICTIMS

ReplyDeleteI had a pending lawsuit against a former landlord (Bernie's friend and landlord, as a matter of fact) for not returning my security deposit. The guy didn't show up to court a bunch of times (he always had some lame-ass excuses) and tried to weasel out of it several times. One day I get this voice mail on my cell phone - it's Bernie telling me that he represents the leasing company and that there was a hearning scheduled on this matter a few days from then. Never mind that it was not filed with the court or written notice was not sent in a reasonable amount of time.
ReplyDeleteSo, I call this guy back at the number he left and he starts talking like he's an attorney, telling me that I need to drop my case, that I'm going to get sued, and yadda, yadda, yadda. After I got off the phone with this clown, I recognize the name from somewhere and I assume it's one of the landlord's lawyers (he had a lot of people suing him for various things and I had been doing my homework on him). So I searched the county database of lawyers, no Bernard O'Hallaren. Then it hits me - before I moved out some neighbors told me about this P.O.S. scam artist living in one of the units, goes by the name of Bernie O'Hallaren. Bingo.
So, I called the Judge's assistant to find out the real scoop was on this. I explained to the lady what happened and she told me this guy was no attorney, did not know what he was talking about and, it turns out, that those morons did call for a date, but never followed up on it, never filed anything with the court or the Judge and never sent out any notices. She made a note of this for the Judge and told me to call this idiot back and tell him . Long story short - there was no hearing except for the one I filed for one - the correct way - a few months later.
So I called ol' Bernie back and again he starts his lawyer talk again, trying to intimidate me. Then I ask him, "are you a lawyer?" He replies with "No, I'm a paralegal." I ask him "Aren't you the guy who got arrested for fraud back in January?" He says, "I don't know what you're talking about." I say, "I'm looking at your mug shot right now. Name: Berndard J. O'Hallaren. Date of birth: 11/19/61 ...." He comes back with "THAT CASE WAS DROPPED!"
O, I'm glad this P.O.S. is rotting in jail and I hope he is really enjoing his new roommate(s) company.

ReplyDeleteIt seems Bernie's a real pro at milking the system too, because he keeps getting is court dates moved back.. The next one is February 18, 2004 for both of the above mentioned cases.
Last I heard he was still in Merritt Island, just not in the condo that he was squatting in.
I think I might take the morning of the 18th off and go to the courthouse to see what happens.
Bernie has managed to weasel out of his latest court date once again, pushing it back until late March.

Several months ago she started dating Bernie and he moved in with her and the rent stopped. Now he's got her using cocaine with him. Bernie is living there with her and Crucita in North Berrington, Illinois. The landlord has filed eviction proceedings and they are being evicted August 26th 2019. After that date, he will disappear again. If anybody wants to get to him, this is the time to do it. Sorry for yours and others experiences with him.
