  Iknow it has been awhile since my last post but I really want to thankallof you out their that hav shown your compassion and info on this waste of life.(Bernie) this man never seems to learn his lessons and continues to do the same things he has done for years. He has claimed to be a lawyer a doctor a finacial anylist a detective and has impersonated bank officials and many others.I thank god that the current technology has caught up with him and people can do background checks. It doesnt stop him but it slows him down. Bernard O'Hallaren cares for nobody but himself. He steals what he can for as long as he can then bolts. he does follow some patterns though, he goes between Chicago IL and anywhere in Florida. he preys on women who hav low selfesteem or someother trama that he can exploit. Once he's got them in his grasp he allienates them from family and friends(typical abuser) once he's accomplished that the verbal and physical abuse will begin. He will make you dependant upon him and when you start to see threw his lies and deceit the abuse gets worse.He once pulled the phone out of the wall when I questioned him on money and bills being paid, he did this so I couldn't contact my bank.
    Bad checks are commonly used in his scams. BE WARNED he has nothing to his name. guard your social security number,checking#'s and credit cards cause if he can get at them believe me he will. If you own a business he will try to scam you too,any way possible

     My name is Mallissa and I am married to this
peice of crap I have been tryiung to track him down to have our marrige
disolved. I have a 14yr old daughter with him and he has never contributed
anything to the raising of this beautiful girl. The scams he is pulling now is
the same crap he did when I lived in Florida 16yrs ago He scamed me and my
family out of thousands of dollars I had to file for bankruptcy to try and get
my life back in order I also filed fraud charges against him. He ordered credit
cards from my bank using my last name without my knowledge. To my suprise I
found out he was already married when I married him and has twin boys with her.
The lies never end and I feel sorry for all of the children left behind. He is
a notorious cheater and drug addict. this man is a menace to society and should
be locked away for good. He ruined my life. Thank God I am a stong woman and
managed to get back on my feet again. The only good thing that I ever got from
this man was  my baby girl, everything else was lies and s*#t!!! I have many styories to tell and over the next few months I will detail everything I know about this man and how he preys on his victims.
